THE DIASPORA PROJECT

Mongolian Businesses

Mongolian-owned businesses around the world. Find a spot near you, or support one from afar.

The Story

I grew up around Mongolian family friends who owned businesses. Cafes, salons, shops, you name it. At some point I looked around and realized there were so many of them.

And most people had no idea.

If we're a community, we should be showing up for each other. So I started Mongolian Gems to spotlight these businesses, one at a time.

It started as a small Instagram series in the Bay Area. Now it's part of The Diaspora Project, and it's growing city by city.

Know a gem we missed? Let us know!
